Ok big's Terms & Conditions — Clear & Transparent

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the ok big platform. By registering on or using ok big, you are deemed to have voluntarily and fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are advised to refrain from using ok big.

Ok big is an online gaming and betting service provider offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. All ok big services operate under the applicable international licensing authorities.

These Terms & Conditions apply not only to the ok big website, but also to the ok big mobile app, PWA, and any other platform through which ok big services are accessed.

To create an account on ok big, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide during registration must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts may be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
• You may not register from any country or region where online gaming or betting is strictly prohibited.
• Your mobile number must be active and registered in your own name, as it is used for OTP verification.

Ok big reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason. If you need to update your details after registration, please contact the support team.

Before placing a bet on ok big, please be aware of the following:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless ok big offers a specific cash-out option.
• Ok big reserves the right to change the odds on any match or event at any time. Odds may change until a bet is confirmed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided and the stake refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, ok big will determine the outcome in accordance with international betting rules.
• If one selection in an accumulator or parlay bet is voided, the remaining selections will still stand.

Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary by event. ok big reserves the right to restrict or void bets if unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Ok big's payment policy is fully transparent. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit: Deposits of a minimum ৳200 are accepted via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once approved, funds are typically sent within 5–15 minutes from a KYC-verified account.
• Withdrawals must be made to a mobile banking number registered in your own name. Payments to third-party numbers are not permitted.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Ok big complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Additional verification may be requested for unusual transactions.

Ok big offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms clearly stated on the promotions page. The general rules are:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Each player may claim a specific promotion only once. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited.
• Ok big reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok big. Any such activity detected will result in immediate action:

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Registering solely to claim a bonus and attempting to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in ok big.
• Transactions using illegally obtained funds (money laundering).
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

Ok big may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification (KYC).
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, ok big will decide whether to return it based on the severity of the terms violation. Withdrawals may be withheld on accounts under active investigation.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

Ok big will not be held responsible for the following:

• Missed bets or losses resulting from your internet connection or device issues.
• Losses caused by delays or failures of third-party payment services (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.).
• Temporary service disruption due to technical issues.
• Events beyond ok big's control (such as regulatory decisions or natural disasters).

Ok big always strives to maintain service quality, but 100% uninterrupted uptime cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance; however, unexpected outages may occur in emergency situations.

Ok big takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and applicable legal compliance.

• Ok big does not sell your personal information to any third party.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities when required for legal compliance.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Ok big reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Notifications will be sent within the ok big platform.
• The "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of ok big after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using ok big and contact support.
